Who we are

SkyBuild Technologies is a digital solutions company based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, country, project type, budget range, and message, so we can respond to your enquiry.
• AI chat assistant: messages you send to "Sky", our website chat assistant, are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Don't share sensitive personal or payment information in the chat.
• Client accounts: if you become a client, we store the details needed to deliver your project and manage billing (such as your name, contact details, invoices, and payment status).
• Payments: when online payment is available, transactions are processed by Flutterwave. We do not store your card or mobile money details ourselves.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep an administrator signed in to our internal dashboard. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, deliver and support projects, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this website and our business: our database and hosting provider (Supabase), our AI chat provider, and our payment processor (Flutterwave), each solely to the extent needed to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're required to keep (for example, for invoicing). Contact us using the details below to make a request.
